What is Direct Bank Transfer?
Direct Bank Transfer allows you to make a direct transfer from your bank account to your Casino account. Transfers can be done to designated bank accounts situated in 29 countries world-wide. Please allow up to 72 hours for a deposit to be traced and allocated to your Casino account.
How do I use Direct Bank Transfer?

Log into your account

Click on the 'Bank' button

Click on the 'Deposit' tab

Click on Direct Bank Transfer

Select your language and choose the country from the list provided, where you wish to make the deposit.

You can transfer funds from your personal bank account to the account shown by using any of your banks fund transfer facilities e.g. online banking, telephone banking or in person over-the-counter.

It is important that you quote the reference number provided when you do your transaction as it is needed to ensure your payment is applied correctly and is required in order for you account balance to be updated at the merchant.

Once you have made your transfer, because of the local clearing cycle, there will be a short delay before the funds are received at the collecting bank. Usually this is in the order of a few days but depends on the banking territory concerned.

It is recommended that all receipts and references are retained as proof of payment for any future queries you might have.
