Tips To Win At Keno

Keno is easy. You don't have to learn the difference between a straight and a flush. You don't have to remember when a seven is good luck and when it's bad. You don't even have to learn what it means to "double down" or "bet insurance." Only one part of Keno is difficult. You need to do is pick the right Keno numbers. Are there really tips for Keno numbers? Keno tips that work? That is really the key: How do you pick great numbers every time?

Tips for Picking Keno Numbers

While many people think that numbers are completely random in Internet Keno, there is something called chaos theory which holds that seemingly independent events are really connected. (Remember Jeff Goldblum's character in the original Jurassic Park? He talked about chaos theory). If you accept chaos theory, then that means that the numbers that will come up on the Keno board are all connected to some other object or event. The key is finding the connections. If you are lucky and find something that corresponds to the Keno numbers every time, you could write a book on how you proved chaos theory. Of course, you would be so wealthy, you probably would prefer to just sit by your pool and have some relaxing fun.

So here are a few Keno tips to help you come up with numbers. You don't have to use these exact numbers, but the list will give you some ideas for how to come up with them.

  • Count the number of dimples of a strawberry. Add the digits of that number together until you come up with a two-digit number. Try that number.
  • Walk around your house. Count the number of footsteps. If it's more than a hundred, once again add the digits and use the resulting number.
  • Assign all letters in the alphabet a numerical value. (For example, "A" could be 1, "B" would be 2, and so forth). Then find the numerical value of some of your favorite words. For example, Mozambique has a value of 182. If you add 1 and 8 and 2, you get eleven. So you can use eleven as one of your lucky Keno numbers.
  • See how many times the fax or phone rings in your office. After all, if chaos theory is correct, then it might be that the number of rings is related to the numbers that will come up in a Keno game.
  • Take a coin out of your pocket right now. What are the last two digits of the year the coin was minted? Use that.
  • Get in your car and drive to the nearest doughnut shop. Look at the mileage. There's a number right there. How many glazed doughnuts did they have on the shelf? There's another number. How much did the doughnut with a cup of coffee cost? That's a third number.

If you are creative, there is just no way you will run out of numbers for playing Keno. The thing you have to do is just open your mind to the possibilities. There is no right or wrong way to pick Keno numbers. Just remember, once you have found something that works, stick with it.

Good luck at finding those numbers and let's hope that chaos theory really works!
